On Thursday, November 23rd, 2006, after several months of hard work and dedicated planning and organizing by the Fundraising Committee, CCVT hosted the fourth annual First Light Celebration. It's an occasion to recognize community leadership and innovation in the rehabilitation of survivors of torture. 2006 CCVT Awards were given to Dr. Wendell Block and Sister Lois Anne Bordowitz.
